UK or EASA Class 3 (Revalidation / Renewal)

Existing certificate holders only. Applicants for a UK certificate MUST register with the new CAA online portal called CELLMA at least 10 DAYS before their medical, and complete the application form online. The online application form replaces the old paper-based form.

You can revalidate your easa class 3 medical from 45 days prior to the expiry of your certificate. Our service is efficient, thorough and friendly.

What to bring to your medical

• Photo ID (if this is the first time you are having your medical with us)

• Complete an application form as follows:

• 1. For a UK Medical: register with the CAA online portal (CELLMA) at least 10 days before the medical, and complete an application form online

• 2. Please also complete the Mental Health Questionnaire and bring it to your appointment. Please do not date or sign it.

• Glasses or contact lenses, if you wear them

• If you wear glasses or contact lenses bring a completed eye examination form completed by an optometrist if you have not submitted one in the previous 2 years. Use

• 1. UK CAA MED162 Eye Examination Form for a UK medical OR

• 2. EASA Ophthalmology Examination Report Form for an EU medical.

• Medical reports relating to any significant current or past medical history.
